N&D do not sneer.
They console me, by telling me that it was sensible of me to not push it. Better to acclimatise, they say. "I do not need to acclimatise!" I want to scream. "I am tough. I am a traveller. I am a hiker."
But it's too darn hot to raise my voice.
Like I said. Wimp.
