Hutch, IOHO, is rapidly losing it. It's just not the same company it was when it was Orange, what with shit like
this and other absurdities, like giving us a credit limit (which we didn't ask for) and simultaneoulsly sending us nag SMSes threatening to cut off services because they hadn't got our cheque in time, and other such crap.

It is an age-old tradition at Hutch. Tradition to piss you off, every month. It happens with all of us. A possible solution to your billing problems:

Don't be surprised with the automated response. They usually get back to you through their worst than the government bureacratic channel. And if you make too much of a noise about losing your sanity, they will also discount your bill by a few hundreds.
